I would like to sincerely thank you for all your help, both in the lead up to our wedding and especially on the day itself. We had a fantastic day and one major reason for this was Bouquet Garni’s fantastic organisation and attention to details. I am writing to say how delighted we were with the catering for our wedding. The canapes were beautifully presented and perfect for "filling the gap" before the meal. The wedding breakfast you provided was superb - the starter was remarked upon by everyone, and was delicious, followed by a main course cooked to perfection.  Your staff worked very hard and must have been exhausted by the end!
