The summer season is in full flow, over the last few months we have provided catering for many events throughout East Anglia.

We love to be involved in a variety of events and our clients, this summer, have been enjoying many of our different menus and services.

As well as the photos on this news letter we have many more on our Facebook and Flickr pages, these are updated on a regular basis. Please take a look and feel free to post your photos as well as any other information for future clients.

Our passion and enthusiasm for organising weddings is continuously fuelled by so many great ideas and different styles. Flowers that look as if they’ve just been picked from the garden and unique country style favours such as chutneys and jellies have decorated place settings beautifully.

Traditional wedding breakfasts, joints carved at tables and beautifully presented and delicious buffet tables have been extremely well received, and the less formal but equally delicious afternoon tea menus and barbecues have also been extremely popular.

For evening guests our pancake and kebab menus have been a huge hit, as have bacon rolls, pizzas and fish and chips. 

Our team have also been organising twenty-first birthday celebrations, more relaxed wedding anniversary get-togethers, corporate events and house warming parties. Afternoon tea menus have been extremely popular at a range of occasions.

Clients, who have not required our full service, have selected delivery menus. These range from canapés, through to barbecues. Barbecue menus come with a selection of prepared and marinated meats, salads, desserts, plates, glasses, and of course a barbecue big enough to meet clients’ requirements. We even send cooking instructions and a probe to ensure the food is cooked correctly. 

This month started and ends with cricket festivals. At Frinton cricket week we served four course meals, afternoon teas and barbecues to over a thousand guests over six days.

We are  receiving many enquiries for corporate events and Christmas parties over the coming months, at client’s homes, offices and a number of beautiful locations. Venues such as the stunning Layer Marney Tower are perfect for parties, as well as weddings, over the winter period.
